| District Three specializes in Electronics and Technology. You can find anything from gizmos, to gadgets, inventions, wires. Many people think that because District Three is a higher District, they aren't anywhere near the richest. District Three isn't one of the career districts per-say, even though they do get quite some amount of volunteers.
District Three is run by the lovely Lukario family. It is not run by just the father or mother, but they have joined together because they tied as mayoral candidates. They have four lovely children who share almost nothing on common. | |
